What we are

Shinivo is business software for independent cleaners and small cleaning businesses. You use it to list your services, publish a booking page, take bookings and keep track of your customers and jobs.

You run your own business. We provide a tool.

What we are not

Shinivo is not a cleaning service, your employer or your insurer.

We do not promise you customers. The Marketplace is optional and off unless you switch it on. When it is on, people searching your area can see your public profile and request a cleaning, but we do not promise you leads, bookings or any level of demand. There is no paid placement and no way to buy a better position.

We do not run background checks, and we do not vet or verify anyone.

We are not a bank. The cleaning agreement and the price are between you and your customer.

Cash is paid directly to you. Card payments are optional and run through your connected Stripe account when enabled. Stripe collects card details, while Shinivo stores only the payment references and status needed for the booking. Your business manages its card payments, processing fees, refunds and disputes in Stripe.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

You are responsible for what you put into the product, including customer details, and for having the right to hold that information.

If you use Team, the account owner controls invitations and roles. Invite only people authorized to work for the business, remove access promptly when it is no longer needed, and require each person to use their own account rather than sharing a password.

Your work and your customers

The agreement to clean a house is between you and your customer. Pricing, quality, cancellations, complaints, insurance and any dispute are yours to handle. That is equally true of a customer who found you through the Marketplace.

For a cash job, extra work creates an extra charge only after the customer approves the description and amount through a private link. If the customer declines or does not answer before the link expires, the total stays the same.

For a card job using automatic completion collection, an extra can be added to the balance charged after cleaning only when the customer approves a page that clearly shows the new total and remaining balance. Other card extras require a separate payment approved by the customer or a new quote from the business.

The Marketplace and the introduction fee

The Marketplace is optional. Shinivo works the same without it, and nothing in this section applies unless you have switched your listing on.

Before any new Marketplace introduction fee can apply, the business owner must separately accept the current versioned terms. The fee is a one time 10% charge on the first qualifying paid booking for a customer Shinivo Marketplace introduced. Repeat bookings and customers the business acquired directly have no Marketplace commission.

The fee basis is the service plus approved extra charges actually included in that booking. Tax, tips, Stripe processing fees, declined or unapproved extra work, unpaid amounts, and cancelled or voided amounts are excluded. For card payments, the fee is an application fee on the business's connected Stripe charge; for cash, it is a separate business obligation. Full refunds reverse the full fee and partial refunds reverse the same cumulative proportion, rounded to the nearest cent.

The Marketplace fee is available only after Shinivo completes the required commercial, legal, tax, refund and live Stripe reviews. Listing or leaving the Marketplace does not rewrite a fee already validly collected or earned under accepted terms.

Marketplace and related tax rules can change which business has collection or reporting duties. Shinivo reviews those requirements before activating payment and fee collection in a launch area.

Subscriptions

New accounts include a free trial that lasts 14 days. No card is required, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Pro and Team are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Pro includes up to 3 people, basic assignments and core business tools. Team adds unlimited people, individual working availability, staffing coverage and labor costing. When a trial or subscription ends, access to the business tools pauses until a plan is started. Your existing business data stays saved while access is paused.

You can cancel at any time. You keep the selected plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling does not delete your data, and you can start again later.

If a payment fails we keep the account working while the payment is retried rather than cutting off your booking page without warning.

Tax calculation and collection are not active in the current Shinivo subscription checkout. They must not be enabled until registrations, product tax treatment, customer address behavior, invoices and live settings have been reviewed. Taxes on the software subscription are separate from any taxes a cleaning business may owe on its own services.

Acceptable use

Do not use the product to send spam, to store information you have no right to hold, to attack or probe the service, or to break the law.

We may suspend an account that is being used this way.

Availability and liability

The service may have defects or be unavailable at times. It is provided as it is, without warranties.

We are not liable for lost business, lost bookings or other indirect losses. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose, and use the export tools to take a copy.

Changes

These terms may change as the product grows. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
