Can a customer instantly confirm a cleaning?
Yes, when the business enables instant booking and the time is available. You can instead require approval, or use supported booking that confirms after the required card setup or payment is verified.
Does Shinivo prevent double booking?
It checks the full job time and your Shinivo calendar when a request is submitted and again when it is confirmed. Add outside commitments as blocked time so Shinivo can keep those hours unavailable too.
Can I keep using another calendar?
Shinivo provides a private calendar feed you can view in Apple, Google or Outlook. Those calendars display Shinivo work; they do not write changes back into Shinivo.
Does Shinivo include route planning or a mobile app?
Shinivo works in a mobile browser. It does not currently include a native app, GPS tracking or route planning.
Can customers reschedule or pay by card from the booking page?
Customers can use their private link to request a new date, subject to your policy. With an approved connected Stripe account, booking can require a saved card, a deposit or full payment.
Which plan includes cleaner availability and replacement coverage?
Pro includes basic staff assignments for up to 3 active people including the owner. Team adds individual working hours, time off, call outs, open job coverage and labor costs, with no people limit.
