Reserve enough time for the whole job
A service has its own duration and each selected extra can add time. A slot has to fit the complete visit rather than only its start time.
Scheduling for residential cleaning work
Shinivo connects the time on the calendar to the service length, extras, customer, home and cleaner responsible for the visit. It is software for cleaning business owners, not a service for hiring a cleaner.
Built for: Residential cleaning businesses run by owners and small crews that schedule single visits and regular clients.
No card required. The trial includes Team features.
A service has its own duration and each selected extra can add time. A slot has to fit the complete visit rather than only its start time.
The business controls its weekly hours, travel buffer and individual unavailable periods. Those rules shape the times offered to a customer and an owner.
Shinivo checks the full job time again when a customer sends a request and when you confirm it, so an outdated time cannot create overlapping work.
The same schedule holds individual jobs and weekly, biweekly, every four weeks or monthly client series, while completed visits keep their own history.
Team accounts can assign and reassign work, show each cleaner only their assigned jobs, and keep a clear history of who handled the visit.
Property, access, parking, pet and supply details travel with the job instead of living in a separate calendar note that a replacement cleaner may not see.
Add each service's price and duration, optional extras, service area, working hours and blocked time.
A customer can request an offered time from your link, or an owner can add work directly. Customer requests remain requests until the business confirms them.
The assignment, job details, checklist, selected photos, completion and payment details stay with that visit.
Straight answers
No. The public page accepts a booking request for a currently offered slot. The cleaning business confirms or declines it, so a request cannot book the calendar on its own.
It checks the full job time and your Shinivo calendar when a request is submitted and again when it is confirmed. Add outside commitments as blocked time so Shinivo can keep those hours unavailable too.
Shinivo provides a private calendar feed you can view in Apple, Google or Outlook. Those calendars display Shinivo work; they do not write changes back into Shinivo.
Shinivo works in a mobile browser. It does not currently include a native app, GPS tracking or route planning.
Customers contact the business to reschedule. Requests from the direct booking page use cash today. Card payment is available for work that starts from an accepted card quote after the business connects Stripe.
Not today. Shinivo currently sends customer messages by email and does not include SMS, payroll or accounting connections.
