The customer provides the contact and property details needed for the work. They do not create a Shinivo password or download an app.

After the request, the customer can use a secure private link to see its status and take the next steps you make available.
Show the first and future cleaning prices
Use flat, bedroom and bathroom, or square footage pricing with extras. Customers can select an offered recurring frequency and see the first cleaning and future maintenance prices. Saved booking prices remain on record.
Choose how bookings are confirmed
Require business approval or let customers instantly book an available time. Supported secured booking confirms only after the required payment or card setup. Each confirmation checks availability again.

They choose a service, optional extras and an offered time, then provide the contact, address and practical home details needed for the visit.
3. Confirm using your booking settings
Approval requests stay pending until reviewed. Instant bookings confirm when the time is available. When payment or card setup is required, the customer completes that step before a supported secured booking confirms.

Questions buyers ask
Is this a website for homeowners to hire a cleaner?
No. Shinivo is software for cleaning businesses. Each subscribed business can publish its own customer request page, and the optional Marketplace is a separate feature.
Does a customer need a Shinivo account?
No. They use the business's public page and a private management link. The cleaning business owns the Shinivo account.
Can customers pay online on that page?
Yes. With an approved connected Stripe account, you can require a saved card, a fixed or percentage deposit, or full payment. You can also choose no payment at booking. Saving a card does not charge it.
Can customers reschedule themselves or receive text messages?
Customers can request date changes, cancellation, a skipped recurring visit or extra work through their private link when your policy allows. A request is not an approved change. Live SMS delivery is not currently included.
Does the booking page take deposits?
Yes. Set a fixed amount or a percentage deposit with an approved connected Stripe account. The customer sees the amount due now and the remaining balance. You can collect the balance yourself or choose Automatic Completion Collection for new bookings that accept those terms.
